Updated 3/2024: App used to be great. Downgraded to 2 stars due to issues recently. The location Never updates on my kid's phone. I've contacted support multiple times, have to re-explain everything each time, re-install everything and no improvement. Original review: My wife and I feel great about how Screen Time has allowed us to introduce our children to the world of connected devices. Easy to use and effective.

UPDATE: Customer Support contacted me with a possible fix, and I installed the app from the website rather than the App Store. The app is working correctly again! ---- We've used this since 2016 for all our kids. Currently having a lot of trouble with my son's Pixel 6 pro. It worked on his other phones well, no issues. Now that he's upgraded, it doesn't keep up to date. It doesn't show that he's used his phone at all. Doesn't show YouTube or search history, text messages, photos.

I've used this app over 3 months, not impressed. it's been almost useless on i6s and i7, has limited ability to even limit screen time during the day, I've been relying on the built in app on my daughters phone for that. randomly blocks everything she's doing. better function on Android, but still unreliable overall. never could get the GPS tracking function to work, on Apple or Android, even with tech support. unlikely I'll renew my subscription.good idea, doesn't appear to reliably work.
